J. Shelby stated checking account has approx. $302.

M/S/P to adjourn the meeting at 2018 HRS
R, Miller-70th Anniversary event had less than 15 people, food was poor, however, the conversations and memories were excellent.
Rally in the Valley-Need pop-ups, will have 16 tables. Zeppy app will be on James’s phone.
Will sell drinks for $1.5 and water for $1. Will need signs, the drinks, donation jar and bank roll. Food and drinks will be purchased on Friday.
Licensing delay- Brandon will author letter of apology.
Randy Hatfield has volunteered to be VEC and handle testing paperwork with ARRL. Thank you Larry KO6JBG for your years of service.
General discussion of how to approve participation in all TCARC events.
