President - Trip to repeater site scheduled for Saturday, May 28, 2022
Vice President - Interest in upcoming field day; also discussion about wearing bright colored orange vests during club participation in events/activities
Secretary - motion to accept May board meeting minutes as read - motion by Scott Taylor, 2nd by Ernest, motion carried
Treasurer - Currently $5045.32 balance in account
Director of Repeater Operations: 900 MHZ repeater will be installed during repeater trip on May 28th
Activities Directors: Discussed holding Field Day in Exeter at the water tower park, June 25 to June 26 - James (KY4TRK) motioned for the club to pay $200 for the ability to hold field day in Exeter at the previously mentioned location. Scott Taylor 2nd, motion carried. James purchased a 4 foot by 6 foot American flag for the tower trailer.
"Not in notes but added in here" also got the clips for both the American flag and for the club flag logo flag. Also rope and pulley system to attach to the radio tower.
Other business - Richard Miller reported on the bike race from last weekend - the club received good feedback and is being requested to participate in August.
Scott Day made a motion that club members will purchase their own orange vests and that the club will cover the cost of silk screening or purchasing iron ons for the vests, Rod 2nd, motion carried
