Could we get the Zoom information a little earlier... I am unable to make some of the meetings but would use the ZOOM information if I could get it a little sooner than 2 min before the meeting.

My apologies for being tardy with the information.

Providing the meetings via Zoom from Denny's is somewhat challenging and takes time to set up. As I worked late that day, I arrived at Denny's with just enough time to set up the required equipment. I don't usually announce the Zoom information until I am certain we are going to be able to provide the feed.

As I am the one providing the somewhat inadequate equipment at the meeting(s) for the Zoom connection, it doesn't make any sense to announce it and not be able to provide it.

However, I have already provided the link for the July 7th BOD meeting in the hope we actually are able to provide it. It is my desire to make all Club events available via Zoom, but it will require more than one person to provide it as well as some dedicated equipment, which I can only provide on a temporary basis - if I am present. The camera I have been using is one I use for amateur television, the Internet connection is my personal phone with an access point, and the computer is one I travel with, even at work.

In a perfect world, we would have a clubhouse for meetings and dedicated Internet connection, cameras, computer, and dedicated people to work with it.

In case you don't find the announcement for the July 7 Board of Directors meeting, I have also provided it below.
