here is the QR Code and the ICON Being Used Sean AH2AP got me going with it KY4TRK James and a few of us on this application VOIP Radio. It's informal, just asking that you try to use your call sign and name for the group.
There's many other groups that use this and most are informal VoIP chatting. I'm still learning the app myself.

No this is not echolink, but it's like echolink in a way. Echo link also requires to have a amateur radio call sign.

It is RoIP soo you'll need internet.
