Look, I bought a Yaesu FT-991A before I knew what I really wanted in a radio. Thing is great, problem is I don't have an antenna setup that can really use the radio. I bought it new a few years ago and have used it sparingly on the VHF bands- maybe a handful of talk time hours at most. Have failed miserably at trying to scope and build an appropriate HF antenna and my work since covid has completely consumed me so I just don't see myself puzzling through an antenna setup any time soon. As a result, my inaction is your reward. I will take any reasonable offer for this and will refund your money if you have any problems with it upon setup and testing. I'm confident its in perfect health. I'll likely jump back into HF at some point, but I feel terrible looking at this radio just collecting dust in my office. If anyone is interested in it, let me know.
