NOTICE
Effective immediately, the TCARC general meeting location has changed from Denny's to the County Building at 2500 West Burrell in Visalia. Time is still 1900hrs. with testing starting at 1800hrs. This will be in effect for tomorrow's meeting. So, do not go to Denny's. Go to 2500 West Burrell. For general directions, it's in roughly the same spot as where we used to hold meetings 3 years ago. But is now in the first building on the east side of the complex.
