I posted this last year with no results....still looking for a CW partner for practice....anyone interested?
"I am learning CW and looking for a club partner on HF or VHF to work back and forth at about 5-10 WPM or less. Maybe 2 -3 times a week, days or evenings, where we can exchange QSO's for practice to get up to speed before proceeding out in the real world calling CQ."
