It is just my initial thoughts and what I observed at the last Field Day. I hope everyone can step up and be part of this event.

I have read the document and made a few notes. Are you back in town and/or going to be attending the board meeting Thursday 01/05/23?

I have started promoting this to the GMRS community during the Monday night 462.700 GMRS EmComm net. As quickly as that net is growing, word will spread nicely there.

I will quite a bit of 2m/70cm & GMRS EmComm gear at the event and with be operating those stations throughout the weekend to bring people in. I'm all sorted for gear, shelter, heat & power so that portion is covered. But looking at that action item list, there is A LOT to do leading up to this.

Yes there is.

With the permissions set to read/write, the original poster shares a link to a Google sheet document.

For folks to put their name in the fields, the original poster posts a link with write permissions and all with a link can edit the Google sheet. (which is automatically embedded into our forum).

*pro-tip
Also, remember when the club had a vote over the internet?
A web form can autopopulate the Google sheet.
