The attached .PDF file is the EmComm Plan that we have been talking about at the ARES meetings and on the ARES Net. If interested please look it over and note any changes that need to be made. This document appears to have been compiled by another member a few years ago based on existing ARES EmComm plans used elsewhere. Rather than reinvent the wheel this looks like a good starting document.
